| Over
the years of this website, Jethro Tull and their fans have supported
many worthy causes predominately within the realms of wild cat
research and conservation, disaster relief, education, and historical
preservation. Tull has either donated profits from events (or
Ian's share) and fans, via the Amazon© commissions from
buying albums via this website, have also also made significant
contributions.
Here are a few events/causes sponsored by Tull and their fans:
- Israeli Charities 2010 -
Ian donated his profits from the 2010 Israeli tour to three
initiatives that bring together children of different faiths
and backgrounds from the Jewish Israeli, Muslim Arab and Christian
communities to further, through joint education, better understanding
and appreciation of the different faiths and their cultures.

of the event from the sponsor.

Cat Care - Big
Cat Rescue
$500 of fan Amazon© commissions is supporting the care
of a geoffrey cat at Big Cat Rescue which houses many exotic
small cat species mentioned in Tull's "Hunt by Numbers"
from "Dot Com" such as caracals and margays.
The geoffrey cat's habit is east of the Andes in South America.
The sponsorship is kin to Tull fan's previous support of field
research on the related, and very rare, Andean Mountain cat.
